Yield: 10 burgers
1 red onion (grated)
30g fresh parsley (chopped)
30g fresh mint (chopped)
1 large egg
100g breadcrumbs
500g beef mince (20% fat)
1 tsp dried oregano
Salt & pepper
200ml vegetable oil
Mix onion, herbs, egg, breadcrumbs, mince, and seasoning.
Shape into flat burgers.
Heat oil in pan.
Fry 3–4 mins per side until golden.
Drain on paper towel.
Best served with lemon
